As a collaborative clinician and life-long learner, I am a therapist who is committed to being honest, empathetic, courageous, and wise. I work with clients who experience trouble in their relationships and stagnation in life, who are looking for a future free from the constraints caused by fear and worry. I provide reassurance, communication skills, clarity amid the confusion inherent in transitions and movement amid the pain stuckness can create. Together we bravely focus on creating a future that is bright, optimistic, open and full of possibility, unstuck from where you were when our work began.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing primarily, although I tailor techniques as needed. I empower clients with harsh inner critics to take it easy on themselves, increasing self worth, clarity, and peace. This translates naturally to clients vocalizing their needs, and envisioning a future that isn’t quite so scary.
I regard the therapy relationship as sacred. I would be honored by your trust in me to help you feel more comfortable in your own skin while facing life's challenges.
