I work with clients with struggling with depression, anxiety, and various mood disorders. I have experience working with agoraphobia and I am an advocate of LGBTQIA clients. I am very empathetic; together we will create a safe space to address and work towards your therapeutic goals.
My modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, and Solution Focused Therapy. I work with teens and adults of all ages and specialize in older adult issues including life transitions, grief, and degenerative brain disorders which cause dementia such as Alzheimer's disease.
