I am a licensed Psychologist (OH, NJ, NY) with over 35 years clinical experience. I am also a licensed/admitted attorney in OH, NJ and in NY. I have a special interest in forensic child custody and parenting time/best interests of the child evaluations. I also perform forensic evaluations and treatment related to Worker's Compensation claims in Ohio. I completed the required 40-hour pre-appointment course for custody evaluators in Ohio.
I am available to perform forensic evaluations for child custody, parenting time, best interests of the child matters, and can provide a written report, as well as court testimony as needed. I also perform forensic evaluations and treatment of injured workers in Workers' Compensation matters in Ohio at Weinstein & Associates, Inc.
I have a unique background: Psychologist and experienced Family Law Attorney. I am a former NJ Deputy Attorney General who represented their child protective agency. Experienced with child abuse/neglect and domestic violence issues. Orientation is cognitive-behavioral. Diverse clinical experience.
