Neuro-affirming support with an emphasis on embodiment for burnout, C/PTSD, 'people pleasing', ADHD, autism, and bipolar. Rumination-Focused ERP for OCD or health anxiety. Brief or longer term therapy. With couples I focus on navigating conflict, reducing blame, and strengthening connection. I often support people facing systemic oppression and/or narcissistic abuse. Having lived experience as a neurodivergent person, I may be a good fit for people with unique problems, 'atypical' depression, prior negative experiences in therapy, or struggles that are difficult to fully articulate.
We will explore your experience in terms of what you want, and what wanting involves for you. We will reconsider ideas about how to live that have been taken for granted, thinking critically about social norms and pressures, and shining light on your efforts to take action and pursue what matters to you in spite of the problem you face.
Your values and feedback will deeply inform the process. I will maintain a consistent, yet flexible focus on your goals and your hopes. More than anything, I hope you will gain a sense of possibility from our conversations. Please note that my fee for OCD treatment (ERP) is $220. I also offer low-fee options for clients with limited ability to pay.
