No matter where we are in our life's journey there will be transitions and thresholds that create discomfort, and no one should have to endure these alone. I enjoy helping adolescents to older adults and couples living with anxiety, depression, or AHDH, or experiencing challenges - like PTSD, recent/past trauma, to regain a sense of agency, and connection in order to move through difficulties, create meaning and make the most out of every day.
Going With Grace EOLD
In addition to providing counseling for life transitions, and a wide range of other concerns, I have completed end-of-life doula training through Going with Grace. I offer counseling support of individuals facing life-altering diagnoses, and other end-of-life concerns. I also offer grief, and anticipatory grief support for those experiencing a loss.
