I am also a school counselor, so I enjoy working with people as old as adolescents… to our “adolescent-at-heart” individuals! My approach to therapy comes from a client-centered approach. I wish to walk alongside the individuals I’m working with as they hike the path of healing. I believe a strong relationship is vital as we identify goals and tasks that lead to fulfillment.
As a School Counselor & Limited Licensed Counselor, some of my specialties include anxiety, depression, relationships & conflicts, self-esteem, self-harm, grief and loss, divorce, and life transitions. Also, school issues include 504 plans, IEP's, learning disabilities, college planning, bullying, and test anxiety.
