My counseling approach is primarily a Gestalt-Existential focus, which is holistic, focused on helping you balance the processes of thinking, feeling, and action to best find meaning and satisfaction in your life and relationships. I want to hear about you and your journey and explore ways we can work together to achieve your goals.
Scott Peck, began his first book, The Road Less Traveled, by stating "Life is difficult." We all face painful and stressful challenges and have times when we feel discouraged.
