I specialize in working with young adults and adults struggling to navigate significant life transitions and stressors, and the anxiety and adjustment concerns that these changes naturally bring. Many of my clients are going through times of significant life adjustment and change impacting identity, interpersonal difficulties, and relationships, including breakups, divorces, the birth of a new child, transitions to college or a new workplace. I also provide strengths-based psychological evaluations that are comprehensive and tailored to your unique needs as an individual.
I use an integrative interpersonal approach to treatment with strengths and evidence-based practices while incorporating authenticity and warmth. I am passionate about providing therapy that is inclusive and multiculturally responsive, and work with many individuals from diverse communities and backgrounds including BIPOC and LGBTQ+.
I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to work through times of significant transition and change to build a life that is authentic and meaningful to you. It's natural to have questions, so please don't hesitate to reach out!
