Hello! My name is Johnna. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Kentucky and Tennessee. I have over 25 years of experience in college advising, adjunct faculty member, school based social work, school counseling, mental health therapy, group therapy and substance abuse counseling. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues and life transitions. I like working with adults ranging from 18 to 99 years of age. My focus is mainly depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, attachment, grief, relationship issues and life transitions.
I like to provide a calm environment where my clients can feel safe to tell their life stories and communicate their fears, with absolutely no judgment. I love helping people navigate life's challenges and let them know that they are not alone.
