This online group will aim to develop, strengthen and support a regular mindfulness practice to benefit mental health. This is open to all who are interested, including beginners! This group will incorporate instruction for brief meditation, journaling, introspection, support from peers, and discussion of relevant mental health topics. Regular meditation has been shown to lower blood pressure, slow your heart rate, and ease anxiety. Don't let intimidation stop you, you don't have to be "good" at meditation! Join us to see how this powerful and simple practice can promote your mental health and well being.
