I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Multisystemic Therapy. I tend to take a behavioral approach, with a focus on how our thoughts and feelings guide our day-to-day actions, and how breaking unhealthy cycles can lead to more satisfaction in life.
