I work with adults and teenagers dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem & confidence issues, family and relationship issues, grief and loss, existential issues, life changes, and stress. Healing, growth, and change come about gradually through consistent and sustained effort; it requires learning to think, feel, act in new ways, and see oneself with new perspectives.
I specialize in psychodynamic psychotherapy, as I value this orientation's depth of introspection and compassion for the human condition. My goal is to build a therapeutic relationship with you and work together to understand your past in new ways and explore what is preventing you from reaching your potential.
Engaging in a deep psychological process will not only help you understand yourself more fully but also allows you to feel more connected to life in meaningful and worthwhile ways.
