With over 25 years of experience as a practicing therapist, I understand that therapy is not the easiest journey to take when you have to address challenging life circumstances. I provide individual, couples (dating, premarital, marriage, divorce, post-divorce), and family therapy, with specialty emphasis on health-related wellness, relationship development, career exploration, and mental health. Making healthy choices that impact your physical health, weight management, significant relationships, and level of employment fulfillment is becoming increasingly more difficult.
