I have over 25 years of counseling experience, primarily as a generalist, working with a wide range of populations and a variety of common, and not some common concerns. I received my undergraduate from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX where I majored in Speech Communications and Human Relations and minored in Music, After living in New York for a few years, I went back to get my graduate degree in Counseling and Human Relations from Villanova University in Philadelphia PA. I am a National Certified Counselor as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and Missouri.
My therapeutic approach focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship while focusing on how experiences and relationships shape our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I enjoy working out, hiking, all kinds of music, and have sung professionally in the past. I also enjoy reading, binging great shows when I can, and time with friends and family
