I am a medical doctor and addictionologist who does not just treat addictions. I treat the whole person with an addiction which includes the entire psychosocial, medical, and spiritual needs of the person suffering with addiction. I am also certified as a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC) and by NAADAC as a DOT Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). I am also currently working on my doctorate's degree in clinical psychology (PsyD) at California Southern University.
I am a board certified addiction medicine specialist, certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine. I have more than 10 years practicing in the addiction field. I am also a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine and president of the New Mexico Society of Addiction Medicine.
At Rebound and Recovery, I provide an integrated model of addiction care which includes general medical care, addiction medical care which includes medication assisted therapy as well as the treatment of the medical complications of addiction, as well as group and individual counseling for addiction and substance abuse problems.
