Thank you for looking at my profile. If you’re reading this, it’s likely you’re thinking about making changes. That’s a good thing! Life is about change (hopefully positive). However, sometimes we find ourselves stuck, distracted, side-tracked, lost, afraid, blocked, (insert your own word here), etc… You may have made efforts to change some things already with varying degrees of success and now you’re wondering what’s realistically possible. There is an important part of the change that often gets overlooked and doesn’t get the attention necessary for our efforts to be truly effective.
I believe this progress is unique to every individual. It is possible to approach this effort in ways that are focused, balanced and uncomplicated. As a counselor, I’ve been talking to people about change for over 20 years. As a human, even longer. I enjoy the process of simplifying, clarifying and clearing away clutter that makes change difficult.
