I work with people experiencing grief and loss, depression, anxiety, behavioral impacts of trauma, abuse, addictions, mood disorders, ADD, ADHD, and coping with major life transitions. I have an extensive history of work with youth on issues related to adolescent development, divorce, and self esteem. I use a variety of methods to help people free themselves from self defeating patterns of thought and behavior.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, Family Systems Theory, EMDR, and a healthy dose of humor to help clients understand their current state and develop strategies and practices to overcome roadblocks to a healthier and happier life.
