We have all faced adversity, distress, anxiety or depression and during these times we can feel overwhelmed and alone. The goal is to encourage you to develop tools, resources and skills that improve your overall well-being. I focus on the specific needs of the individual and incorporate CBT, solution focused, mindfulness and EMDR techniques within our sessions.
My clinical experience includes mental health for all adults and adults 65+, life transitions and aging issues. I provide psychotherapy to a diverse group of clients and address issues related anxiety, trauma, depression, stress management, coping skills, self-esteem, grief/loss, LGBTQA+, HIV, stigma, men's issues and relationships.
