I can help you resolve anxiety and sadness by identifying and resolving negative experiences from your past or anxiety about the future. Disturbing life events can create a block that prevents you from processing and healing. When those events are fully processed, the associated emotions dissipate, the event is resolved, and healing occurs naturally.
I will come along side you while maintaining professional boundaries. You will find relief early on by learning how to cope through self regulation techniques.
