Success comes from exploring and evaluating one’s unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while applying practical strategies that bring positive and lasting change. My approach is encouraging, collaborative, and solution focused. I am also an EMDR Certified Therapist.
With a desire to help others I pursued a degree and began the experience working as a school counselor for 10 years, and privately for the last 3 years.
