In my years working as a therapist, I have discovered good therapy is not just about what I can do to help a client, but it’s also about who I am in the therapy room. I strive to be safe and open to everyone, providing an intentional space for you to come and sit, not only with me, but also with yourself. I’ve learned that, at times, we can be our own worst enemy, and we can also become our most powerful ally.
While I see a range of people in various developmental stages and walks of life, the specific areas in which I feel most excited and able to help include working with adolescents and young adults, addiction (behaviors and substances), ADHD, spiritual growth and/or conflict, and trauma.
