It can be difficult to balance all the needs and demands of life, as well as those of people you love and care for, while still taking care of yourself. I specialize in therapy for adults who have experienced hardship and seek to improve their ability to cope with stress and anxiety in healthier ways so that they and their loved ones can be happier. I am a licensed clinical psychologist, trained in cognitive behavioral approaches to psychological recovery, including APA-approved evidence-based treatments.
