Groups
Take charge of your happiness!
This has been a very rough few years, so much has transpired! This got me thinking about some practical ways to help others find some sense of contentment under the current circumstances. The sessions will take place in a virtual setting by the teaching of a variety of coping skills that will help improve participants outlook and experience of life. This group is a good adjunct to Psychotherapy. The group will run 6 to 8 weeks. The exact day and time of the group is to be determined but we will meet one evening a week.
