Clients that are seeking self esteem improvement, self-care improvement and reduction in the control anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, chronic pain etc. have on us are my ideal clients. Those who want to manage their concerns so that their concerns stop managing them are my ideal clients. Those who seek counseling and therapy because they want to improve are my ideal clients. I am licensed in the State of Utah and the State of Idaho to provide telehealth services for those in need.
The ideal client for me is one who is seeking someone who listens, simplifies coping skills and understanding of what's going on and why. If you're looking for rocket science, my motto is "leave rocket science to the rocket scientists". Overthinking often leads us (myself included) to build up stress and anxious thoughts.
