Hello! I'm excited to announce that I am welcoming new clients! With my extensive experience working with a diverse range of adults, especially within the LGBT+ community, I strive to empower my clients in a safe and supportive environment. Together, we can work on reassessing your narratives, replacing unhelpful coping mechanisms, and building hope for a brighter future. This is your time to be heard, and I am committed to helping you discover and embrace your strengths throughout our sessions. I use a combination of therapeutic modalities, including person-centered principles, CBT, and Narrative techniques, to personalize therapy.
In our sessions, I focus on enhancing communication skills and teaching effective strategies for managing distress and regulating emotions. By doing so, I aim to create opportunities for clients to rewrite their personal narratives and embark on a path of growth and healing. Changes are difficult, but I believe that we can make this change meaningful.
