The counseling process is dynamic and I strive to counsel each client respectfully and openly. I use several theoretical frameworks chosen to fit the client’s needs based on their unique experiences and how they view the world.
I make every effort to ensure the client feels comfortable and build a strong unbiased relationship free of judgement. It is my goal to help the client identify the root of their concerns and work through the pain or troubles they are grappling with.
Every individual harbors some form of internal conflict which can negatively impact their functioning in one way or another.
