Welcome, thank you for your interest in working with me. I believe that people are extremely resilient and, together, we can work to navigate whatever challenges have brought you to therapy. We will develop a unique treatment plan and figure out what approach is best suited for you.
I work with adults having difficulty with stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also have a special interest in treating first responders and their families. In addition to my clinical work, I have been a first responder for over 10 years. I understand the unique challenges that face individuals within the first responder community.
