Mr. Heflin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who has worked in the social work/ behavioral health field since 1993. He graduated from OLLU-San Antonio with a Master of Social Work degree. He primarily utilizes a cognitive-behavioral approach known as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as Compassion-Focused Therapy which focuses on the development of psychological flexibility utilizing strategies including mindfulness, values clarification, and committed action.
