Hello, I’m John Gingrich MCPAT, LGPC. Being both a counselor and art therapist, I love to bring a unique and specialized approach to the therapy process. I have rich experience working with children and youth, individuals in government, neurodiverse people and working professionals. My practice is devoted to helping people transform their state of mind and create beautiful lives for themselves. Therapy with me is tailored specifically for each one of my clients. Currently, I'm offering remote and in-person sessions in Maryland and Virginia.
Together in session, we will apply the power of creativity and imagery to overcome obstacles and connect with you deeper self. Whether you view yourself as an artist or haven't doodled since childhood, you are welcome here. We will access your inner power through various forms of expression, talk therapy, mindfulness, and unique therapeutic modalities.
I offer a diverse range of methods to explore including art therapy, play therapy, meditation and breathwork practices, ketamine assisted-therapy and much more.
