I work to achieve this by using an integrative and systematic approach. Integrative in the belief that our spirit, mind and body work together with our relationships to provide our sense of well-being. Systematic in that I utilize my training as a certified Gottman couples therapist and a certified EMDR trauma therapist to develop a customized treatment plan to meet your specific goals.
