We all struggle with life issues! None of us are meant to do this thing called LIFE alone. I want to help you find that 'missing piece,' that was left behind through trauma, family issues, personal decisions, and mental health or drug issues.

As a psychodynamic therapist, I truly believe in the mind/body/spirit connection. I use meditation, exercise (including yoga, walking/running/bicycling), prayer, and self-talk to help clients reconnect with their better selves. Having worked as an addiction counselor for six years, I believe we all have a "Higher Power" we can turn to for guidance/renewal.

We are all fragile. We all need to be 'handled with care.' We all have thoughts, sensations, beliefs, and behaviors that can be roadblocks to personal success. Let's take a step together in a better direction.
