As a therapist, I draw from different theoretical orientations to help create an evidence based and tailored strategy for each client. Some of those different modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. I view therapy as a journey and I aim to create a safe and open environment for that journey.
I am motivated by my passion to help others create positive changes in their life. I have been heavily involved the field of mental health for over a decade at a variety of different levels, in addition to having experience with a plethora of various mental health diagnoses.
