I have been privileged to work with children, teens, & adults with a wide variety of family histories. Often our childhood experiences play a big part in how we develop as adults. Post COVID 19, some have a new set of fears and real issues regarding work, health, and relationships. I specialize in ADHD, Depression, Trauma, and Anxiety. There are many tools (Mindfulness, CBT, Compassionate Inquiry) that we explore to see which is most supportive for each individual.
I have been privileged to build trust with 100's of clients in this sacred work over the last 18 years of practice. Many have come in with severe depression and anxiety and go on to lead much happier, higher functioning lives. I’ve watched clients fall in love for the first time in a healthy relationship, or move from extreme self-doubt to self-love.
