As your therapist, I can provide a supportive nonjudgmental space for you to explore and resolve issues related to past trauma or present moment.
I am trained in Internal family Systems, and I am certified in Sensorimotor psychotherapy, and EMDR. I use these modalities to support individuals to resolve past trauma, or to present moment issues. I am currently offering EMDR intensives.
