I believe that my clients know themselves better than anyone else, so my role is to provide resources and support to help them meet their goals. As a social worker, I also help my clients unpack how larger systems impact their mental health and relationships. I use a queer-affirming, anti-oppressive, and neurodivergent-affirming approach to therapy. I have extensive training in trauma and have experience helping people work through life transitions, burnout, mood struggles and chronic illness.
While I have experience working with people from many different ages and identity groups, the focus of my current work is with young adults, college students, and creatives.
My clients can expect to feel curious about their internal world and to challenge the limiting beliefs that keep them from reaching their goals. They can expect to learn new skills to help them cope with both big and small scale stressors. If that sounds like you, I'd love to work with you!
