She has developed a passion for helping people and meeting them where they are today. Johanna specializes in anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, transition next steps/plans, and trauma.
Johanna has some educational experience from the University of Pennsylvania in human sexuality, as well as Harvard University in relationships. She processes with clients using motivational interviewing, CBT, and solution-focused therapy.
