I specialize in working with people who struggle with anxiety. I am a trained mindfulness practitioner who has been teaching, consulting and training other practitioners on mindfulness-based interventions for many years. Anxiety can feel paralyzing and confusing. Mindfulness allows us to slow down and be more attuned with our emotions and bodies. By creating space within, we can be more thoughtful and less reactive in how we make decisions or how we relate to our loved ones.
As an experienced family practitioner, I love working with parents of young children. I have specialized training on empowering parents who may have a hard time understanding and managing their child’s behaviors. I also have experience working with women who may be struggling with anxiety, worry, or sadness during pregnancy, or postpartum.
I see my role as your collaborator, advocate, and cheerleader in our journey together. If you would like to hear more about my approach or see if we may be a good fit, please email or call to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
