I have worked in a variety of settings with a variety of age ranges. I have experience working in mental health and substance use as well as providing parenting support and couples therapy. I love working with people who are ready to change no matter where you are at from your goals. I am here to help guide and work beside you while you are control. I am an LPCC-S and am able to provide supervision to LPCA's in need.
I provide individual, family, and couples therapy. I provided Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Solution-Focused Therapy but provide a unique and flexible approach for all clients. I have a lot of experience working with trauma and helping build the skills to feel confident in managing and minimizing how trauma affects your daily life.
