I am here to meet you where you are in your journey, offering support and guidance. As a marriage and family therapist, my approach is systemic; I look at your life as a canvas of art, considering your relationships, family, and environments as integral parts. Many clients find tension and physical sensations tied to trauma, stress, and anxiety. We delve into processing these, fostering calm and equilibrium in your nervous system for a more balanced life.
Beyond traditional talk therapy, I specialize in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Known for its remarkably quick efficiency, ART often brings relief in 1 to 5 sessions, making it a sought-after approach for addressing various mental health challenges like traumatic memories, PTSD, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and chronic pain. I also hold a doctorate in chiropractic & this provides me with a distinct expertise in understanding how the mind impacts our bodies.
