I want to showcase to clients that change is possible, regardless of the circumstances that they may be facing, growth is possible to help us heal from our worries.
I offer clients a person-centered approach. Incorporating the client into the planning process to help them with the goals, and how to achieve them is essential to a therapeutic relationship. Wherever you may be struggling in life, I want to meet you where you are. I offer a variety of therapeutic techniques to help clients to help cope with life stressors.
Life can be hard and unpredictable. I have worked with clients from all walks of life, LGBTQ+ clients, clients facing trauma, and clients facing problems with anxiety, and depression, which are some of my specialties. I want clients to know that progress is still growth, even small growth is an essential component on the pathway to recovery.
