My ideal client is someone who is motivated to see change in their lives. I strive to be well versed in various treatment modalities so as to provide the best path for each client's individual healing and growth. I understand each person's lived experience is different and even similarities to other people (i.e. DSM-5 diagnoses) are formed due to unique circumstances and reasons in each person's life. This is why I will always tailor treatment to best meet each person's needs.

I am a goal-oriented and yet client-centered clinician who utilizes multiple treatment modalities to best suit the needs of my clients. I provide brainspotting, reparenting, IFS, and TF-CBT to help meet my client's trauma needs, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and more to help them meet any other needs.

I wish for my clients to feel both safe and confident in the direction of their treatment, which is why I work side-by-side with them to establish a strong treatment plan that we can reference throughout the course of treatment. People have an unbelievable ability to heal themselves as long as they are safely guided to mental health. I hope to be your guide!
