We have all been in a place where the problems we face are higher than Everest and scarier than a horror movie. If you are in that place, well, I have been there, too. Fortunately, through the help of some truly gifted psychotherapists, who listened to me with the greatest attention, who empathized with my plights, and who offered the kind of magical elixir of care, concern and challenge, I grew out of these feelings and made a great life for myself. If you want something similar, therapy is great. And it would be my honor to be your therapist.

I don't have a typical client, yet my specialty seems to include helping people with issues of addiction, with trying to make career choices, and who feel depressed, anxious and in pain. So, I am a kind of bearer of people's pain and also a touchstone for those who want to morph into the kind of person they have always dreamed of being.

As a professor for decades, I dealt with thousands of students who just wanted to be inspired to learn and to be guided gently to the utmost of their abilities.
