I feel strongly that creating a safe, meaningful and non-judgmental therapeutic alliance is the most important part of fostering growth in therapy.
I have the most experience working with people dealing with depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, ADHD, mood disorders, relationship issues and adjusting to life changes. I utilize an eclectic mix of what I’ve learned about mindfulness, meditation, motivational interviewing, ACT, and CBT to help assist clients unlock their peace and power.
Truly understanding your relationship with yourself and loved ones is a lifelong process, but regardless of where you are on that path therapy offers us a caring guide.
