My practice is centered on providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy that empowers you to achieve your goals and live a fulfilling life. I am proud to assist you with individual therapy, family therapy, art therapy, depression, anxiety and stress management.
I hold a Master's degree in Social Work from Seattle University, where I developed a strong foundation in psychology, therapy and emotional resilience. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including Sound Health Social work as a child and family clinician engaging in mental health practices
My approach to therapy is grounded in cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic therapy. I believe in creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you will feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll work to identify and address the challenges you’re facing, develop effective coping strategies, and build a path towards personal growth
