I specialize in couples, relationship issues, and have a passion to work with individuals. Often I find that we haven't been prepared for all the moving parts of life and relationships. Many times, I can help. I routinely address Depression, Anxiety, Panic, and mood regulation. Additionally I have experience and success helping people recover from substance abuse and other negative coping patterns and habits.
I have two Masters degrees: one in Professional Counseling and the other in Christian Education. While my education is extensive, life is my teacher and I believe that makes all the difference when you are sitting in my office.
