Hello! I have worked with children, families and adults for the last 23 years. I have a passion for working with individuals that are struggling with concerns related to anxiety, depression and life stressors. I have worked extensively with children as well as adults and enjoy working with individuals and families to build healthy communication skills between family members.
I use a variety of techniques to work with clients to assist them in recognizing and discovering their own strengths and qualities that will be useful in establishing healthy coping skills as they work to overcome their struggles with their emotional health.
