Life's changes can leave us challenged with feelings of uncertainty, frustration, hopelessness, isolation, and depression. I utilize an eclectic approach (mostly Mindful Cognitive Behavorial) as everyone is different and within the complex individual, moments and experiences are different as well. I strive to work with each individual, with compassion, patience, and dignity, with the goal that they can fully function and live their life to its fullest.
