I have the expertise to work with children and teens individually, as sibling groups, with their parents, or with families as a whole. I also have extensive experience working with adults and couples. My specialties include focusing on communication skills, anxiety and depression coping skills, and developing positive interactions between family members.
I have over 20 years experience working in the field of mental health. I am able to quickly and easily build a therapeutic relationship with my clients in order to help them learn how to communicate their concerns and feelings. Then we work together to help you create the life you want to enjoy!
