I have provided counseling and therapy services to families, children, adolescents, and adults for over twenty years. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and EMDR. You want to feel better, and I can help you take those needed steps. I am licensed in Indiana and Ohio.
I am certified in EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I have completed the Level 1 training in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) at the Albert Ellis Institute. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) I do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, Hoosier Healthwise.
I also have limited availability through Grow Therapy for virtual appointments. I take United Healthcare and Cigna through Grow Therapy.
