I have 25 years of experience and am licensed in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and North Carolina. I use Cognitive-Behavioral tools to work with individuals to teach them how to become aware of and challenge unhealthy thoughts and behaviors, deal with difficult emotions and improve coping ability.
